Not a horrible experience but not a good experience. Delivery took over 2 weeks and tracking was updated every few days, not daily. The cup was intended as a gift but the quality isn't good. t will not be given as a gift now. Quality is more like a dollar store tall mug with a sticker slapped on and glazed over. Seller didn't lie but photo was clearly photoshopped for embellishment. I have included photos of what was expected vs what I received. Lines are off centered and yes, orange, not red
