The product is exactly as described.
You received your product on JUN-15, and demanded the refund immediately. I felt bad. The product is a pillow, it comes in a box. The instructions in the listing indicate that the pillow should sit out for 24hrs in a well lit area in order for the memory form to swell back up. Conservatively, you gave it 45mins.
I'm happy to help any customer through any dissatisfaction, but your assessment, even after receiving a refund, is pretty mean spirited.
