I went to install this unit last week and learned it was not an open box item, but instead a USED and DEFECTIVE unit. The batteries were installed and it was assigned to someone's account. I tried resetting it to the factory setting (with the help of Eve's technical support team) without success. Since I can't reset it, I can't assign it to my account and use it. Asked the seller to accept the return and refund my money. No response to date. I'll request a refund from eBay. Buyer beware.
