Seller described item as rebuilt and runs good. Item was received, shipping was late.
An item didn't run as described. The item ran sluggish. Had to push it to get it to run. I came back to unit days later and then the unit would not run. Contacted the seller and seller said. I can return it. When the seller received the item he said i must have did something to the unit. He has to take a loss and not give you complete refund. Next time i well put the in a clam description I pay for return ship.

Ok, so first the item arrived on time as scheduled. If somehow this was late then I have no control over it. I shipped fast as post office was open in the morning. Second the locomotive was fine prior to being sold.Then received to the buyer and said it struggling then we agreed return it. Not sure why was taking a while to send a return but they were reluctant to keep it then then another story came in and said it ran and suddenly stopped. Returned worse than normal with a bad motor. Deceptive.
