Product say brand new unopened but I received it and something was loose in the box rattle so I opened it it was the charger and like a little remote or what ever and two cardboard pieces loose in the box not wrapped or anything so it has definitely been opened before I’m hoping it work I did not try to see as it was a birthday gift for someone but the dog was in plastic so my fingers are crossed but like I stated it was supposed to be an unopened item and it definitely was open
