Even though my store policy clearly states no returns, I made an exception and did accept the return however buyer was asked to pay return shipping. My item was listed with all the details and most importantly measurements. Still, the buyer made a false claim, stating the pajama did not match the description so to start an automatic return. Buyer refused to pay for shipping so I asked ebay to step in for assistance about this situation.
