I had problems with this item and seller. Told her in advance intense heat in Florida. Shipped regular mail, got lost somewhere in Florida, but the time I got it, the eye cream was melted. She initially said she insured it but it’s my problem. Had to contact eBay directly, got label and finally refund. Ended ok but a lot of problems with seller, will not use.

Hi! first I want to say that I pride myself on delivering excellent service to all of my buyers & potential buyers! I am professional & would never intentionally give a buyer a hard time. This particular order appeared to be a matter of negligence on the part of USPS & the buyer. Order was packed in extra bubble wrap because of extreme temps in Florida, but because it was left out in the heat for an extended amount of time the product melted. Issue was never escalated to ebay, & I accept refund.
