Be careful buying individual packs. They were zapped of anything, including holos/reverse holos. Some of the serial numbers were missing as well.

You purchased and were sent packs from a sealed booster box. All packs from the box sold on eBay and were not tampered with whatsoever. It seems that you're simply upset that you did not pull the cards you were looking for. I cannot control the cards that you do or do not receive. Nothing was "zapped".
