While I got a despatch notification it didn’t have any details of how it was being sent. I contacted Customer Services and Jamie responded quickly to confirm that it was sent out by 2nd Class Post via Royal Mail. It would be nice if that could be mentioned on thedespatch information (delivery method was noted as Other Courier 3-5 days).
