Seller listed item as new Muse S, 2nd Gen headband. Nothing delivered for nearly a month. What arrived was not new and not the latest model. Got a very used Muse S (different color and inferior capabilities). Very hard time doing a return. Claimed it was not a scam, but clearly intentional bait and switch. Like ordering a new PlayStation 5 and getting a beat up PlayStation 4. Missing the original documentation that is enclosed with any new headband. Afraid he will try to sell again. Beware.

Never seen anything like that journey for an eBay purchase before... USPS is certainly giving us some excitement these days. All's well that ends well, though.
