Had contacted seller because had ordered two seperately but they shipped together so they said they would refund the difference. Nothing happened or hear back from them after a month even after sending a message again and even after opening a return case. Not happy because really wanted these but didnt like how no response.

I have no record of request for refund, but we commonly do this when requested so we certainly would have been happy to do so. Once return case is filed we simply authorize a refund and the buyer receives a full refund for the purchase upon return which took place. Buyer was refunded 100% in full for entire purchase and shipping for both magazines.
