They sent me a non-working item. When I requested a return, they sent me this email:

Could u pls send us a video to show the problem of the item and upload it on youtube then send us the YouTube link, so that we can help u solve the problem.
Another solution: a full refund takes you to return the item back, it will cost much time and postage, I think it's worthless, right? For this case, is it ok for us to refund u 6 usd withhout return ? Do you agree?"
