I actually want a refund. It was a gift for my daughter's birthday and she was soooo embarrassing because she opened it in front of all our family and friends and was was super excited. She opened the package and as soon as she pulled open the flap, the button came off!! I was mortified!! You clearly can see that someone tried to glue it back together. I have pictures. Please refund me.

I am so sorry this transaction did not work out. After re-reading my original listing several times to be sure, this "defect" of the button not being attached to the lower part of this handbag is actually listed, described and detailed on the original listing for this handbag. Again, it is extremely unfortunate the buyer failed to read the description of this item. I have been a seller on eBay for almost 20 years and there is no way I would fail to disclose a defect in any item I am selling.
