as you may be aware you never made payment for a bid you made. In the description it was clearly stated that bids will not be cancel and would have to be retracted from the bidder themselves. Poor customer service for an item that was never paid for? eBay doesn’t allow cancel orders once it’s been denied. There is no proof of payment on records. As a seller yourself you are aware that leaving negative feedback for items not purchased is against eBay TOS and feedback like this can be reported?
