Item was shipped and unfortunately post office didn’t scan item at terminal so we had no proof of being sent. We drop off 200 packages a week with whatnot sales and post office doesn’t always scan ,2nd package that’s been lost . We refunded after it didn’t arrive. We don’t need to ripped someone for 35.00 a bid disappointed they left us a neutral.
