Made an offer, which was accepted and payment taken on 5/6. Received shipping confirmation with item expected to arrive on 5/14. Received refund on 5/12 with no indication as to why the seller cancelled the order. Had to reach out and was told they couldn’t find the item. No consolation for a mother who thought she had the perfect gift set to arrive in time for her child. Very disappointing, and my little was heartbroken.
