Experience was not great before, during or after. Scale got lost due to the label being wrong. After I finally found it at the UPS in Denver, I found it in a really flimsy box and the scale was showing out of several holes. It was broken beyond repair. I contacted the seller, he did not respond for 2 days. At that time he defended his packing and that was all he said. I kept writing to him, he finally refunded my money. But the entire experience was filled with anxiety and uncertainty.
