I reached out to the seller multiple times and no response. Mind you this seller didn't mind contacting me in the beginning when payment wasn't automatically applied however, payment was submitted promptly on my behalf. I NEVER received the item that I purchased; they are yet to respond to anything. This obviously slowed down the refund process and I had to make other arrangements and tie up more funds to purchase another one while I wait on eBay to release my refund.
