Item exactly as described and is new in a damaged box exactly as described. Ebay denied your return request because you stated "item did not have HINGES as described." Listing DOES NOT MENTION HINGES and ITEM DOES NOT COME WITH AND NEVER CAME WITH HINGES. I am sorry if you purchased item that you did not read listing or understand but I can not for return shipping for someone else's mistake.
