I offered the buyer options to refund for the broken glass, file a claim or return the item. The buyer requested a refund for $21.70 for one glass, whereas he paid $15.50 for 8 glasses. Further, the buyer threatened that my feedback would be contingent on the money I gave him. Unfortunately, I must suffer the brunt of a obvious scam.
