Item does NOT fit (too small) like the many, many RL size L classic fit shirts I have owned in the past. Whether this is a second or has been washed IDK, but seller's response when given a chance to take back the item was an implication of 'blackmail' so potential purchasers might take that as an indication of how valued your patronage is.

This buyer claimed Ralph Lauren put a wrong label on the shirt... which is preposterous. He blackmailed us with this negative feedback. We are not gonna be blackmailed no matter how bad this can affect negatively to our business.
