The item I received was exactly as described and arrived on time in great condition. After opening the item I found it was defective and contacted the seller immediately. They responded quickly and effectively to resolve the issue. 5 stars to seller but I don't suggest buying the Tobey Maguire Spider-Man No Way Home figure unless its going to stay in the box. Awesome articulation but hands fall out easily and heads/necks are difficult to change without breaking, which is what happened to me.
