Item came from China in a thin Manila envelope n box smashed by mail machine. Ridiculous packaging..I've spent 2 days sending pictures asking for refund n still being asked do I want item replaced..no I don't, I want a refund..also the packaging is not exceptable n I'm expected to return shipping at my cost to China when a plain no protected envelope was used to ship in..I'm exhausted dealing with this..it too from April 26 to may 6 to receive item..it was a birthday gift ...
