Each communication with the dealer was clearly written, each task was documented (shipped, delivery date, etc). The shoes are in excellent condition. Each shoe was wrapped. One problem with her photos was a lack of an overhead where I could see the shape of the toe box. I was buying them to replace the same style I’d worn a long time. The toe box of this version was boxier. Although disappointed they weren’t exact, I’m happy with this purchase.
