The main purpose of this seller is to put pressure on you to give them a good feedback. You buy their product, you will receive an email which sounds pretty much like a threat - if you give them a bad review without talking to them before, they may not get the product back and give you a refund. It is ridiculous. I had to buy a 2nd product from them because of an issue. The comms in the 2nd purchase was really bad, and the quality of the 2nd product was so inferior that I threw it in the bin.
