Not happy with this at all. It clearly hasn't been factory unlocked. Error messages coming up after 3
weeks, stating 'sim not installed' . Clearly it was on EE before being put back to factory settings.
I had my 02 sim card in it. I checked it was alright with my back up phone. The blue back did not fit well. My emails have been ignored, even though it was supposed to have one year's guarantee.

Techmanic seem very busy, understaffed, poorly organised, and not well focussed on communication.
The purchase was OK in the end, but they had advertised a device that was not available. The 'out of the box, never used' device was substituted with an alternative that had a cosmetic dent in the corner of the case probably caused by dropping it on a hard surface. They didn't respond to my request for an update on expected delivery date (which was later than originally advised).
