I rate this a 4 out of 5. The price was right which is a big plus. But the seller did not inform that the box was previously opened. It appears to be a return item. I discovered that an E- clip was missing from the zero adjuster. I was lucky enough to have one laying around. If not, the adjuster would move around and fall out of adjustment with use. Since I could fix it, it was not worth going through a return cycle, Check your purchased item carefully.
