Record has several minor scratches and is certainly not mint, as advertised in the listing. Anyone who bought it in a record store in 1978 would immediately have returned it as not being new. But it may well be unplayed (there are no spindle marks on the labels at all) and the records are generally in nice EX or EX- condition. The sleeve and inners are as described in the listing.
