The box got crushed and damaged during shipment. Seller didn’t want to report damaged claim to shipping carrier. (buyer paid the shipping) At least seller could have tried to report a claim and issue a refund for shipping fees. I understand that shipping an empty box will be difficult to keep it as the same condition upon arrival but this was too excessive.
