One of the worst experiences I’ve had with EBay. The Seller never responded to my Messages or attempted to deescalate the situation. The Controller they sold could not be synched to my PS5 and it was listed as New, unused or unopened but the controller had grime in the crevices from use. In closing it was frustrating not being able to communicate with the seller and I was never reimbursed for my time and effort spent on the last two months resolving with this incident.
