Tried to make it work with the seller and gave them a couple of chances; I understand things happen. Ultimately they became unresponsive to my messages so I gave them a shipping date ultimatum to send my item. They didn’t and I requested refund. Took forever to respond even after they had returned from a trip…then they stopped responding…I don’t know if this person is ok (I hope they are), but BUYER BEWARE!
