The listing stated puzzle was "complete". It was missing 3 pieces. You need to say in your listing puzzle may not be complete if you haven't actually worked it and are just selling used puzzles. That way the buyer knows they are taking a chance buying it. I don't mind a used puzzle but not one missing pieces. VERY disappointing.

Very excited to find this puzzle and paid $12.99 for a 345 piece puzzle. (Also bought two other puzzles) Arrived in a ziplock bag which is always a good sign. Ended up missing a piece. Contacted seller who advised me to look around for missing piece. Also stated they do not sell incomplete puzzles and no replacements. BE WARNED!!?! They do sell incomplete puzzles.
