I had to check on this thing twice when nothing happened to indicate it was shipping for 4 days. They replied the first time and said they were dropping it off right then and made the label and that's it, then 5 days later still nothing! Had to contact again! I got no reply, but I finally got the boots today, a week after the longest shipping estimate. Not USPS's problem -- they got it here in 3 days! Great condition, but slow, shipping cost was 30%, and then they flat out LIED to me when slow!
