I am giving a positive experience because I believe the seller was not aware of the right tip of the horse's ear being damaged as in the past many occasions, due to the rough handling during shipping by USPS. Better results are obtained when FEDEX is the carrier for valuable and fragile items.
I will not return the merchandise or file a claim because of the amount I payed for it don't warrant the difficulties of packing and returning such a heavy and large piece. Sometimes you don't succeed.
