Great customer support, timely shipping. They really tried to make things right when I ordered the wrong size.
The costume itself, I had to order a custom size. Part of the costume works, part of it not so much. If it was just for a party, it would be fine, but for cosplay at a con, it has issues. The overcoat and the blazer work, the pants and the shirt don't fit properly and they sent a sash type thing as the tie. Ah well, they did try.
