      First, I received a product different from the item description. As humans, we all make mistakes, so up to this point, I could still forgive it. However, their handling of the situation afterwards was terrible. When I contacted the seller about receiving a different product, they replied, "That is simply not true." Given how quickly they responded, they probably didn't even check. After that, I found myself unable to send any more messages to the seller. This was the worst shopping experience.
