      The listing featured a VSM medal issued by His Lordship Products and the description read "This is an original Vietnam service Medal and bar, Still in the box and the plastic, lot number 8455-926-1664." What was received did not conform whatsoever to the listing and is arguably “used” given its condition. Seller refused to replace or refund, and directed the matter to eBay for resolution. This seller should be avoided entirely.
