The item was defective and even after I offered to keep it with a discount seller was VERY rude and asked how she was suppose to know since she didn’t know what the item should look like in the first place since she had acquired at an estate sale.

There was nothing wrong with this hand blown art glass witch ball, it was in perfect condition. The buyer just didn't like the color, which was clearly shown and asked for $15.00 back when she only paid $20.00 to start with. Also complained it wasn't the original box and it was marked on top with a sticker from the company.
