Item has no protection in packaging as result arrived crumpled and bent. No amount of ironing has reshaped. Managed to get crown reasonable but brim us so bent it is not wearable. A cardboard ring on brim would have helped prevent this. As such I can’t recommend.
Creases from where it was bent and brim won’t lay flat, one side curled the other bent.
