The item itself is fine. I am having one heck of a time trying to return the item. I no longer am needing it. I tried to return via USPS and they refused to take it back saying item / box is too large. UPS initially told me $500 (item was just over $200). Feeling stuck and don't know where to turn. No direct contact makes this difficult.
