Product was at a good price and worked as described although it's not a retail.product. It's likely a volume license being sold to individuals which is why its not $440. You can't link it to your Microsoft account or get any Microsoft support. If that's worth $440 to you, go buy it from Microsoft. Otherwise this isn't a bad option and it came with a usb so you don't need an optical drive. It did take 6 days after purchase for the carrier to recive the package so that wasn't great.
