product was delivered without the rackmount ears contacted the seller .....he said he needed pictures of the order i had already opened the box and threw out the packing......, he said i had to return the package to get the rack ears ......ive never been so frustrated why would i lie about an incomplete order all he had to do was send a pair of rack ears and i would have been happy as far as im concerned there costomer service SUCKS i will never buy anything from them again PERIOD
