Seller provided returns label, but I lost money on the refund, due to the seller failing to check the item thoroughly. Yes he did have the grace to apologise, but not to give me a full refund. This is not the first time I have been on the receiving end of an unfair refund. Beginning to think that buying on ebay is not a safe bet.
