When looking at grades of "Broadstruck coins" you will find almost no PCGS certified coin will be above MS 62. I don't understand why this is true, but many PCGS graded MS 62 coins look better than NGC certified MS 65 coins with this error! Based on the edge rims closeness to the devises, this 1979 P SBA Dollar also looks to be a broadstruck "Near Date example" not just a simple common die type. This can be confirmed by the Mint Marks placement as well as the type along with to proximity of the other devises to the confirmed rim.”
