I believe that the seller made a material misrepresentation in describing the item. I asked for an explanation and the seller implicitly admitted that my grievance was legitimate. He answered my inquiry, but dodged the question being presented. My follow-up for clarification was ignored. My request for a refund was ignored. I have made 33 art purchases on Ebay in 2022 / 2023. The hazards of on-line buying have led to a few disappointments but I have never before given a negative rating.
