This Sonny Angel came in perfect condition and was sealed incredibly. The shipping time took about a week, so for shipping from such a long distance that was outstanding. The price of the Angel itself was good, but the shipping cost was a bit expensive. It made sense for how long of a journey and the expense of the item itself. I never tried to contact the seller so I can't say anything about the communication.
Overall I am very happy with my purchase and would consider buying from them again.
