Usually a fine seller who missed on this one. This was not included in the package. How hard is it to send a brief note saying "Oops, I erred. This is out of stock?" Instead, I receive a mystery refund from eBay, with no explanation until 2 days later, and still no note from the seller. I have been a repeat buyer of many, many items. Do better.

Usually a fine seller but not this time... This cannot possibly be a new item. The wheel treads are caked with track grime. Additionally, a weight is affixed to the car floor right in sight of the open doorway. This looks terrible. How would anyone know this extra weight is necessary if the car hadn't been run? Not good.
