I am disappointed in a sellers option to back out of a transaction.. I don't believe a court of law would allow this, so beware i will sue, both ebay and and the seller for breech of contract. The seller is not a new merchant and I this is a recurring incident fuelled by lack of protest / litigation. I urge you to respond with regret and changed fortitude.
