The basket arrived wrapped up in a bag and not in a box so both arms holding the basket were bent. One of the arms had poked through the bag. When I tried to straighten out the arms one of them broke and I had to tape it together just to be able to hang it . I told the seller about it and sent them a picture of the basket. They said they were sorry but did not indicate any refund. I will have to order a new one from Amazon and will have to suffer the loss. Very upset with seller.
