item sent fast and had no problems with seller. but the product is lousy. I found it impossible to install even with tool kit. fitment was poor. I just through the new watch band, as well as the watch in the trash. Its not like its a rolex. don't waste time and money on buying a casio watchband when you can buy the whole watch for only a few dollars more. so thats what i get for being cheap and trying to save a few dollars.
